This glass display cabinet has been handpainted using a vibrant mix of Annie Sloan blues and greens and waxed to finish. The inside has also been painted but the glass shelves remain unpainted.

I was asked to paint the cover piece for November’s edition of The Colourist, a bookazine publication created by Annie Sloan Interiors; this is it! It was to celebrate and help launch a new colour in the range - Frida Blue - which is the main frame colour.

This cabinet has lots of texture, pattern and complexity to it and is sure to be a statement piece of furniture in its new home.
